Port Information – Killybegs Harbour Centre

Killybegs Harbour is a safe, all weather natural harbour situated on the northwest coast of Ireland. The harbour which is also Ireland’s premier fishing port is the only deep water port between Belfast and Foynes.

The new deep water quay at Killybegs adds an extra 500m of berthage and there is now over 1200m of berthage in Killybegs. Quayside power connection is also now available. The new quay development comprises 28 acres of reclaimed land and therefore offers ample and secure laydown facilities on and adjacent to the quayside.

The port fully complies with the International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) Code and operates at a security level one.

Large tugs are available to assist with berthing and sailing of ships.
